TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By placing your order with VoiceComm LLC, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth. All orders are subject to final approval and acceptance by VoiceComm. Please note that we reserve the right to decline purchases at any time for any reason at our discretion.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Shipping charges are calculated based on the billable weight, destination and shipping service selected for your order. All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point for each warehouse. We offer UPS and other carriers to provide the best service and ensure timely delivery. Times in transit as follows:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to select the desired service level at time of order. The buyer is also required to provide accurate information. Any additional or accessorial charges as a result of inaccurate information are the responsibility of the buyer.
It is our goal to ship every order within 24 hours from the time order is placed. Orders submitted by 9:00 AM will be intended to ship the same day. Orders placed after this time will be expected to ship the next business day. We are not responsible for orders not shipped within this time frame.
RECEIVING AND INSPECTION:
Inspection of shipment and its contents are the responsibility of the consignee. All deliveries should be inspected at time of delivery for evidence of damage. If there is any sign of damage or tampering, the following action is required:
Every order is double checked before leaving our facility. Please inspect your shipment thoroughly at time of delivery to ensure satisfaction. In the event of an order error, the customer has up to 72 hours to notify Tricked Out Accessories.
Note: Failure to comply with the inspection of the shipment and contents may result in refusal of claim.
REFUSALS AND CANCELLATIONS:
Unless otherwise determined by Tricked Out Accessories, shipments refused by the customer will be considered the sole responsibility of the customer. All shipping charges incurred as a result of refused order will be billed to the customer; including the original and return shipping charges. A 30% restock fee is applied for refused orders. In the event an order is requested to be reshipped, additional freight charges will apply.
The customer is also responsible for a 30% restocking fee for cancelled orders. Once an order is approved, processed and fulfilled, cancellation fees will apply. These charges will be placed on your account if no response is received within 7 business days from time of order.
Note: Additional restrictions may apply to any customer who refuses or cancels an order.
VoiceComm offers a 90 day limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship on products shipped from the New Jersey warehouse, exceptions do apply. Our products are supported by different limited warranties; the limited warranty applies to defective product only. Please review the entire warranty to determine which terms and conditions are applicable.
Note: If you have a defective Brand name (Body Glove) or OEM product (BlackBerry, Motorola, etc), you may be required to contact the manufacturer directly. See the Return Policy Exceptions below for further details.
Important: Warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse or human error during installation.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Tricked Out Accessories offers a 1 week return or exchange policy on new products shipped from our New Jersey warehouse. All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns are accepted without an RMA number. An RMA number will be issued once the proper forms are completed. All credits or exchanges for returns are pending inspection by Tricked Out Accessories. All returns will be handled in the form of credit or exchange only, no refunds. The shipping charges for return are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified. All shipments should be insured and shipped using a method that allows the package to be traced. We accept no responsibility for goods damaged in transit. Additional important details and exceptions as follows:
